Duties include:


  • Promote the long-term well-being of the company while maintaining the integrity of the company’s mission statement at all times

  • Create and maintain financial reports and budgets and submit them to the board

  • Formulate the company’s admin policies and procedures, including those that pertain to personnel

  • review quality and financial effectiveness of all productions and report assessments and recommendations to program directors and the board

  • Work with administrative team to formulate development plans

  • Head all fundraising initiatives

  • In collaboration with the artistic director, make all decisions regarding hiring, firing, and disciplinary action

  • Review and approve all salary/budgetary requests and adjustments

  • Review all contracts for goods and services provided to the theater

  • Function as the final fiscal authority on all company disbursements: review and approve all requests for payments and sign all corporate checks, including payroll checks, according to policies and procedures established by board

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the board
